Ok my mom just got a cable modem today. I have dsl at my house so I'm not sure if i'm doing everything right. The problem is, the airport is not getting an ip address from the modem. I just un-pluged everything for 8min and still nothing(This is applecare said to do.) The modem works fine when hooked up to a computer direct. Anyone have any hints at all. This is really getting to me. Shes running 10.2.6 and all the newest versions of airport/basestation etc.

Good suggestions, I suppose I got stumped for that (colour) as well. The full-colour version looked almost too saturated and and the purely black/white looked too plain. I kinda went with a cross between the two and it came out more sepia-ish.

In all honestly that's something I'm not 100 percent sure on. The guy that had the phone before me knows nothing other than how to use it and as its always been in dfu I havemt been able to check. However as I have jailbroke with redsn0w on cust firmwar 4.2 I would assume its been updated to the ipad baseband? Although as it reverts back to dfu I can't even be sure the jailbreak has been succesful....
Rather puzzled by it to say the least. I've done some reading on using iRecovery so going to try that later on and see how it goes- I'm ocd when it comes to fixing stuff like this so really don't want to call it quits!!

OWC, Micron\Crucial and Intel are the best brands and use the most quality components. With OWC being better than the Micron\Crucial which uses a slower Marvell Controller.

Like I said before, I use tiny umbrella instead of editing my host files, so I don't know what it's supposed to look like.
Tried it with Greenpois0n and it failed so I tried it with Redsnow and it worked. It's tethered, but thats no big deal as I rarely ever turn it off. But now what do I do with the host file? I deleted what I added and now it looks like this. Is this correct?

I bought it for my family along with kinect sports, so far i love it very accurate in the scanning of your body and tracking movements, it's the only way ive got my wife to play video games with me the boxing was super fun and tiring, i can't wait till my son is old enough to understand how to use it.
Plus i like that when your done playing a game it shows highlights(pictures of you playing the game in funny positions).

I tried it and it didnt work. I have a Sony Digital camera and it doesn't read it. Any other suggestions???
Just a note, some cameras will work some wont. I'd definitely check out ichatusb. It has a free trial, so you dont have to buy if it doesnt work.

Ok, I know there has been so much talk about a possible MBA refresh in June.. Here is my concern. I just got a MBA 11 Ultimate for a Birthday gift.. I have another week to return it to the Apple Store.. Should I wait for the refresh or just keep this one.. Backlit keyboard is not an issue and dont think it will return in the Air line again.. Being they got me the Ultimate with the 4GB Ram and 128 SSD thats good enough for me ( just using it for surfing the web, email, and some netflix ) My concern is the SandyBridge and the lesser quality graphics. And maybe a UPDATE in a SD card slot that would be nice in the refresh.. I also checked my SSD and it is the newer version Samsung with the FAST read and write speed. So Im good with that.. Any help would be great.. Im thinking to KEEP what I have for my needs! I would hate to shoot myself in the foot and return this one wait and then be pissed..

The iPhone 4 was a failure at launch. The antenna is broken. It drops Internet connections and calls if held a certain. The glass claiming to be strong is weak sauce and the only good things on the phone are the cameras and screen.*
